got these two nice pipes in trade through Facebook. One is a Dr. Grabow Omega with leaves, and the other one just says Genuine Imported Briar Italy. The second one looks familiar but I can't think of where I might have seen it before. They are used, but in good shape, just a little cleaning of the bowls are needed. Any recommendations on sterilizing the stems?

Great lookin little estates ya got there LM.
Sanitizing the stems is pretty easy really.
If they don't need any buffin up or oxidation removal you can skip the oxyclean soak and move straight to cleaning em up.
I use lots and lots of pipe cleaners and Everclear. You can also use any high octane whiskey or isopropyl alcohol.
Start by dipping the pipe cleaners in the booze or alcohol and then run it through the stem. Keep doing this until you can pass it through without it coming out dirty.
Some folks will soak the entire stem in the alcohol, giving it a good wipe down when through.
You'll want to do the same thing with the inside of the shank of the stummel. If you just want to clean it out and don't intend on refinishing the stummel you'll want to be careful not to get any alcohol/booze on the finish.
Good luck and enjoy

They look to be in very good shape, Maggie. Do as bonanzadriver suggests and you should be good to go.
