Mac Baren London Burley Blend and Vanilla Roll Cake layered in my everyday calabash. Is that a thing you do on the regular, or just using up the last of a couple tins?

Mac Baren London Burley Blend and Vanilla Roll Cake layered in my everyday calabash. Is that a thing you do on the regular, or just using up the last of a couple tins? Neither actually, last night I was smoking the Burley Blend and I kept wondering what it would be like mixed with the vanilla Roll Cake, so I tried it. I thought layering would be better so the flavors hopefully wouldn’t get as muddled. This experiment worked well. These two tobaccos go very good together. Usually my experiments in mixing or layering don’t work as I hope or imagine they would. This is an interesting exception. I’ll probably smoke these like that again.

Happy New Year, everyone.
Had the last full bowl of 2020 C&D Poplar Camp this morning in a Christmas Savinelli Bing's Favorite w/ green/white swirl acrylic stem.
Bowl of Fresh Haunted Bookshop that was mostly Virginia, in a Mark Twain cob.

Happy day after New Year, all. I woke up late and had ERR Match in a cob whilst walking Wonderpooch. We have several bad hips between us, so it wasn't far. Now it's good ol' PS LNF in a bent Falcon bulldog on the back steps. Bottle of water with.

Best Brown Flake from about a decade ago in an Altinok meer. Altinok has a good reputation, and they get very good reviews. So many Meers from Turkey have bad drilling and aesthetically substandard. I won some “Altinay” pipes in a brick and mortar auction, (with a bunch of pipes I actually wanted)new and unsmoked, aesthetically pleasing. But the drilling and mortise, Egads! Off to EBay with them. Altinay is not the same as Altinok.

I'm not too big on meers and only break one out a handful of times a year. This one smokes great and I have absolutely no complaints about it, I just prefer wood and corn 🤣

Started the day with Haunted Bookshop in the Monday cob and coffee. Just finishing the second bowl. Busy doings with the family this weekend. They've all headed for home. Letting the quiet sink in.

Several rounds of 2008 OJK in a Rubino While playing at the local casino. If it's the same casino I am thinking of, they sure were pissed at me when I was last there! Cliff Castle ... all smoking was confined to a tiny room off to the side. Also, nobody seemed to be winning at all. It's seldom for me anymore but the wife likes to go now and then.
