Very nice. Technics makes some great turntables. My last turntable was a Technics Linear Tracking model. When vinyl was no longer supported I had no trouble selling it. People were lining up to buy it. |

Tried taking him to the bar to watch the races and got kicked out. It's like they just don't want him looking at horses. I never realized how many places are off limits to a child before. |

Finally got to the Music City Theater tonight and saw Hickory Hill, a mostly bluegrass band that also did some Grateful Dead and Eagles tunes. Fiddle and dobro player played on Henley's Cass County album and the lead guitar player was in the Flying Burrito Brothers. I listened to Phil Lesh and Warren Haynes doing "Low Spark" yesterday. Does that count? Anyway, Valentines...GD1970-02-14, Fillmore East. This and 1970-05-15 were among my first tapes back in the day. Didn't get the New Riders parts until the Internet. Then, another little performance taped the same day, Live at Leeds. |

Big fan here. His talent far exceeds what recognition he seems to get compared to some “entertainers”. The Arc of a diver album transports me back to a really good time as a young person, had a great townhouse and a bunch of friends where the fun never ended. Every weekend we were off on excursions, and Windwood’s music was often in the background. |
