Hubby decided to try his hand at jams. We have a several types now: Orange Ginger Marmalade is the favorite, Strawberry Champagne, Blackberry Pear, Spiced Pear, Peach Bourbon, Spiced Cherry, Peach Pear, Apple Cider, and we are going to attempt a new one tonight -- Mulled Sangria.  |

Sweet! Homemade jam is the best. we certainly think so! been getting rave reviews. hubby's friend, who hates marmalade, loves ours. Now hubby has discovered blood oranges, so there is a new jam in the works.... |
