Tobaccopipes.com recently replaced a Pete Pub that had developed a flaw, while Peterson just gave me a bunch of gobbledegook. Just the other day I got a shipment from Tobaccopipes that contained a Brigham reamer with one leg frozen in place and not adjusting properly. I informed them and they are sending me an immediate replacement. That’s the kind of CS that builds loyalty. One result is that my last 5# of tobacco cost me more than I could have gotten it for from another vender. Nevermind. Good CS is always worth paying a little more IMO.

I've only bought tobacco from them, but they are good.

I couldn't agree more. TP has always treated me MORE than fair. Theyre fast to respond, fast to fix the issue, and just overall great people.
I check them before anyone else. A few bucks more is worth it.

Always good to hear somebody is still doing customer service right.

TobaccoPipes.com has always had good customer service in my dealings with them. They gladly accepted a return of a pipe that I purchased many years ago.

I've only had one bad experience from Tobaccopipes. I ordered a pipe, they charged my card, two days later they sent an email apologizing they did not have the pipe in stock. I used to use them a lot along with CupOJoes. Now that they both charge tax for my state I have been using SmokingPipes more often.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. It is however unfortunate that your favorite tobacco (Z92 I assume you mean here) is made by them and costs more there (TobaccoPipes is owned now by Sutliff/Mac Baren) but they do carry more of their blends, and customer service is paramount. In a similar fashion, Missouri Meerschaum's own website sells their cobs for the most money, but at times I still order from them because they have the special edition cob releases and they tend to have the Sutliff/Missouri Meerschaum tins in stock for longer. (At a little higher price)

Good to hear it. Another unnamed company lost my business years ago because they did not understand the concept of customer service.

Just don’t count on their “price match” policy.

I bet prices are higher because of non-compete agreements with their distributors.
