Good Sunday Morning! It's 28° and cloudy here in our town, but the workshop heater is keeping me warm. I'm all caught up on the chores so I'll make a few phone calls this afternoon. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of Peterson Flake in the 1950 Dunhill Lovat and there's a mugga fresh coffee tucked underneath my jacket.

Smoking an aromatic this morning - Gatlin-burlier Mountain Mall Mix in a Ron Smith briar. We are going to an Asian restaurant in Knoxville today and then I'm stopping by Smoky's Tobacco and Cigars to shop for a meerschaum pipe.

Good Morning Again! It's 29° here with a light snowfall. I'm finishing up my time in the workshop with a fresh bowl of DTM Limerick from the "Treasures of Ireland" series in the Dunhill Lovat. This seems to be an overlooked VA Flake, but I find it to be a good, flavorful smoke with a medium depth although it is a bit on the dry side when just out of the tin. There's some coffee left in the travel mug so I'll sip at the pipe and coffee while catching up on the latest news. Have a safe and relaxing day, everyone!

Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Sunday cob and coffee. Now, '22 Folklore in the same cob, while watching the Red Wings and Bruins.

2022 Sutliff Cringle Flake in a Hyperbole-bowled straight Falcon. I was surprised to find this tin that's only been opened a few months is now severely rusted out around the inside edge so I'm transferring the half a tin left into a Ball jar. The other 4 sealed tins should be good for a while since they're not getting oxidized.

Christmas Cheer 2009 in my David Huber Coffee Bean. That guy has really excelled in his craft, he turns some amazing pieces and this one certainly falls in that category. His lathe throws some serious pixie dust.
