Is cigars.com known to be having issues these days? I used to buy from them and CI, mostly, iirc, and never had a major problem with either. But I ordered a couple of things from them last night, and I have yet to even receive a confirmation or receipt. They charged my card, so the order did go through. When somebody takes my money, I expect them to give me something in exchange that says I'm entitled to whatever it was they took my money for, and I expect to get it at more or less the same time they took the money. That's how business is conducted.
Is cigars.com just known to be incredibly slow these days? Are people used to it, or do they just avoid buying from them?
(I did reach out to Customer Support. I got an automated response that said I'll probably hear from them within 3 business days, which doesn't really feed the bulldog, either.)

The "big box" stores don't have the best customer service or shipping methods. I also am skeptical of their storage / temp & humidity compared to others. Everyone finds a favorite and mine is Small Batch Cigars. Impeccable packaging, super fast free shipping and timely email responses. Plus, they send email deals almost daily with at least 20% off plus you earn points that can be ussd as cash on every purchase. It's even better for me because they're on the west coast which means my box doesn't have to travel all across the country.

Urb, my go to cigar store is Neptune Cigars out of Fl. They have excellent customer service and never had an issue. In fact, they went out of their way finding me cigars they don’t carry. Can’t get any better then that.

If I order cigars, I will order from Black Cat Cigar Co. It's a B&M in Pennsylvania. Great service, fast, and their cigars are never dry. Also, they don't carry any 'junk' brands.
