Very nice, everything in it's place and easy to find! Quick access to the pipe cleaners is a handy trick, I typically keep mine all stuffed in my converted shaving kit to smoking bag. It's good to have everything in one place that way but I spend more time rummaging around than I'd like.

My wife regularly sells items at a consignment store that she flips, watches the local auctions for flippable purchases.
There are a lot of cabinets and some really ornate ones that sell for surprisingly low prices that are easily repurposed for people in the hobby.
Check out hibids and LiveAuctioneers set the mileage that you are willing to travel, and you might find items that are great finds.
There are a lot of older folk disposing of furniture, and the younger folk seem to be enamored with IKEA crap.
Good deals to be had on pipes also.😉
