Good Morning and Welcome to September! It's 54° here with a clear sky and bright moonlight. Not much on The List again today except for laundry and I'll spend more time at the hobby bench. Starting off the smoking day with a bowl of Scottish Flake in the Peterson Rosslare 106 smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a great Friday, everybody!

Happy September! Started the month with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob and coffee on the front porch. It's 69 and sunny with a light breeze off the lake. Headed to 77 today. Hot weather returns tomorrow for several days with temps around 90. More fun in the garden and yard today.

The lawn is cut. The garden boxes, pots and baskets watered earlier and veggies picked. I'm having some Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob with a mug of cool water on the back deck.

G. L. Pease Stratford, and also some Virginia mixture I picked up at John Dengler's in St. Charles MO. Smoked in a great old churchwarden. I have been trying to drink some Liquid Death, second favorite sparkling water, but the carbonation is too strong and it is biting my tongue.

Derby Club Aromatic in a Savinelli Estella 616, strawberry/watermelon flavored water on the side. Had a busy day...doctor visit, thrift store shopping, lunch at Popeye's- coupon in hand, and last but not least, a trip to Kroger, for a boatload of must-have type stuff.

You smoked that whole tin of Steamworks already, Ted? That’s endorsement for me to pop one. I only bought 3 of them.
I’m currently smoking 2/23 GH & Co. Bright CR Flake in my newest Kaywoodie Saxon full bent sandblasted billiard. The best bright VA flake there is, in my opinion. It’s Full Virginia Flake’s unstoved, un-hot-pressed brother.

Getting the smoking day started with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the 1950 Dunhill smooth lovat and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Good Morning everyone. Hot and Humid here in Houston. 101° projected later today.
About to enjoy some Astley No.99 Royal Tudor in a Stanwell model 32 bulldog. It's a fullish Latakia mixture which is quite nice.

Headed to about 85 today. Same here, Pete. The cooler weather was a welcome break from the heat, but it looks like Summer isn't quite over with yet and the coming week will be a hot one. Just finished up another bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Dunhill lovat and it's time to head back to the house for some breakfast.
