Found a jar of Mac Baren Golden Extra that I pressed into cakes about a year ago. Gonna have some in a Stanwell Royal Briar billiard.

Good Morning! It's 58° and cloudy here right now. This afternoon I have to drive my wife up to the pharmacy and after that I'll finally get down to the hobby bench. The smoking day has begun with a bowl of aged McC #27 Virginia in the 1950 Dunhill Lovat and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a great Friday, everybody!

Good Morning Again! It's 62° with a mostly sunny sky as one of our resident groundhogs is out in the yard enjoying the weather. Currently smoking another bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the MM General cobwarden and there's a refill of coffee in the mug.

Just up, from a night of broken sleep, missed coffee and breakfast, I'm smoking Our Carter Hall in a Rossi Canadian, my lunch cooks in the toaster oven.

Happy TGIF to those affected. Astral square pressed 5x50 for company on earlier walks. Now Boswell RR Station in Cavvichi C bent freehand & a CokeClassic by side. Munching on store brand frosted mini-wheats awhile ago, brunch next

Happy Friday, all! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob and coffee on the back porch. Mid 60s and overcast here. I'll get some outdoor work done today. Later, I'll unpack the latest tobacco purchase that just got delivered.

I am smoking Esoterica Tobacciana Dunbar, in a Chacom Atlas Marbre blue bent dublin pipe, pretending I have things to complain about.
Dunbar is a dreamy VaPer, not strong enough flavor to interrupt your day. A wonderful tobacco to smoke while building a deck on the house, fixing a lamp, reading a good book. Perhaps not strong enough flavor to command direct attention. Its like a little Mozart in the background, just enough to remind you there is beauty in the world.
And the Chacom is new to me, and I am loving it. It is a blue color with wood grain in white. The kind of pipe you want to be seen with but not noticed for.

More Friar's Bayou in the Friday cob on the front porch. Taking a break from cutting down perennials and light trimming of the shrubs in the front yard.

I can't say I remember any particulars about it, other than I smoked more of it than most anything else.

Dunbar was my go-to, back in the day. I can't say I remember any particulars about it, other than I smoked more of it than most anything else. Yes it is a lovely VaPer. There are many that are stronger flavored, which I like sometimes. But I like to smoke while reading or talking to friends and at those times I am not interested in savoring strong flavors.

Good Saturday Morning! It's 56° here with a clear sky and bright moonlight. This afternoon I have a couple of errands to run including getting some more boxes of kitchen matches from the hardware store. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the smooth bent Don Carlos Two Note and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Have a great weekend, everybody!
