Good luck Don. I saw my cardiologist on Friday to review an echocardiogram I had two weeks ago; I have fluid weeping from my lower legs and even short walks tucker me out...turns out, it's not my heart or the three stents around it, instead, it's a fat-guy issue, and even though I'm down 25 lbs, I need to push myself along to lose more.
A bump in my fluid meds and returning to the gym{with common sense}, should help. I had left the gym, fearing a new heart issue, but I'm heading for some bloodwork today, then back to the gym I go.
I sure hope you don't have to give up the pipe.

Better to catch whatever is wrong early on rather than during an incident.
I had nuclear stress test last week too and they found something they can fix, hopefully, so you are wise to have done what you did.
