Only managed to see him once, back in 99. It was a few weeks before my 17th birthday. I stood outside of the Ticketmaster window for hours. My brother and I went by ourselves. I have no idea how we made it home, but I will never forget the glory that was “Pirate Looks At Forty” with a beer in one hand and doobie in the other. Good times. Fare thee well Jimmy.
