McClelland's 221B have had the tin forever and keep humified with a small stone. Thinking ageing would make it smokable. Worst thing is I have two more tins cellared. Goes to show you can't fix stupid and overly frugal.

I tried fresh Stonehaven in the past, made me wonder what the fuss was all about. Then the pipe club inherited Rande Reeds cellar, and he had some really old Stonehaven.
That stuff is great.

I think the worst tobacco that I ever smoked was Half and Half. Just horrible.

Captain Black. Smokes hot, and leaves a raspberry glop in the bottom of my pipe. Not much flavor, the aroma is cloyingly sweet.
