Nothing at the moment, but I had a sample of the liquor store's barrel pick of Woodford Double Oaked whilst restocking. It was nice. Not sure I like it better than the regular stuff, though. In any case, I didn't buy a bottle of either. Picked up: Bardstown, Highland Park 12, Old Forester 1920, and Bulleit Old Fashioned. I picked up a bottle of Tito's vodka, Tanqueray gin and Teeling yesterday.

Clear liquors aren't my thing, but I do still have part of a bottle of Teeling something-or-other (Small Batch, maybe?) that a friend recommended around Xmastime and I wasn't crazy about.

Milo’s black tea, brewed in Alabama, comes by the gallon in a plastic milk jug type container.
Not bad… buying several for the trip.

Dragon’s Milk Reserve Oatmeal Cookie bourbon barrel aged stout, 11% ABV. The hints of cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla & oats I can hardly discern. Tastes like a plain bourbon barrel aged stout to me, if a tiny smidgen sweeter.
Last night was a local from Hop River brewery in town here called Driftwood Barrel Aged Series Heaven After Midnight bourbon barrel aged Imperial stout, 11.5% ABV and then a Weihenstephaner Doppelbock Korbinian, 7.4% ABV.
Got a bottle of Baker’s bourbon the other day. Booker’s is just so much better though.

Nice London Gin at $20 per bottle. I bought it in Pojoaque at Kokoman's liquor store, a legend in itself. Should have bought a case. Next time I go to Santa Fe to see the Oncologist, I will stock up. This last trip I added a bottle of Laird's Applejack, Bottled-in-Bond. That will last a while. I use it in other cocktails or with a splash of distilled water. Also good for flambe. That rare occassion when I make a special pork chop or veal scallopine.

Samuel Smith's Nut Brown Ale and a large splash of Teeling's Small Batch. Yes, I'm a fancy boy. At least, right now.

Not familiar with that one. I did like Bernheim's Wheat Whiskey, once upon a time.
Bardstown for me.

Well, the shitty new owners of the casino I like to frequent to smoke my pipe has decided to stop selling Glenfiddich. Say it's too expensive even though they sold every last drop and didn't give any away. They say the people who use the lounge don't gamble. But we pay for everything. They bought up a bunch of little casinos and all they want are gamblers. I think they are going to close the lounge eventually. I'll just go to the truck stop eventually. It will be cheaper.
