Highland Park 12. Coming down to the last of this bottle, too. I'll miss this one, but my money will be tied up with other things for a while.

Laird's Straight Apple Brandy, bottled in bond. Bought a couple more bottles while in Pojaque NM returning from Santa Fe. The only place I know of which stocks it here in the Land of Enchantment.

It's pretty enchanting at my house this week, but it doesn't last year round.

Just poured a Negroni, and one of my guilty pleasures, a stuffed pork chop, is in the oven. My wife detests stuffed pork chops but I’m on my own tonight, so I try to indulge when I have the opportunity.

So I do not drink much anymore, but I found a 6 pack of Corona Light in my fridge a while ago after finishing my yard work for the day. It had an expiration date of December of last year. I drank one anyway. If you guys don't hear from me again....

I experiment with the Amaro and tonight I used Meletti. In the warmer weather I use Aperol frequently, but you still can’t beat the classic Campari. I’m not always consistent with my garnishes, unless I’m bartending for my wife who insists on them. So tonight, no orange slice…

I need a bit of fortification against the elements for tonight’s dog walk, so there’s a couple swallows of Red Breast 12 year in the glass. I predict a post walk fortifying smoke tonight as well. Cheers all.

I'm shifting my evening dram to earlier in the evening so it doesn't interfere with the sleep med. Currently having a pour of Copper & Cask.
