Saw that eye of round is on sale at Albertson's I have a 3 day weekend coming up, I think I will be making jerky in the Cosori Dehydrator. Had to go to Walmart today. Got 3x 2lb porterhouse steaks for 40% off. People in Atlanta TX can't afford premium cuts,so they usually end up with leftover steaks. Each will make 2.5 meals for my wife and I.

With Crump's grocery having an amazing meat department and low prices, plus another place that's similar a couple of towns over, Walmart and Brookshire's have to work hard to sell any meat. Those steaks were probably not cheaper than the regular price at Crump's, but they were pretty.
