Stopped by Sunny D's cafe in Huachuca city Arizona this AM....Corned Beef Hash, Hash Browns, Eggs over medium, bacon, and sausage and really good coffee.
The Warehouse I work out of hired a Greek catering company to provide all kinds of Greek fare for lunch, from salads to Gyro's and everything in between.
Light snacks back at home.

Air fried butterflied shrimp and crawfish etouffee and rice. Salad and tea. Crawfish etouffee! Ate a lot of that and shrimp etouffee when I lived in Louisiana. Love it.

A frozen burrito from the air fryer with a can of Nalley's Chile con Carne on top. Quick and easy. I prefer Dennison's or Wolf's but Nalley's will do.

Had a “everything” newyorker bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese. Thanks John (Toshtego) for the suggestion, these bagels freeze great and when you follow the thaw/ bake instructions they taste bakery fresh.
The best bagels I have ever had.
After we burn through these, probably going to order the mini bagels.

I might try the minis.

Buying six dozed is a lot more economical than 2 dozen, but that is a lot of bagels. When we do buy the six dozen, I will have one of the kids split the shipment with me.

Breakfast was the rest of the tinned corned beef with diced pressed tofu and sliced Savoy Cabbage leaves together in the skillet with a fried egg on top. I mean to call it something as it is good enough to make again. Could be made with sausage instead of corned beef.

Started out as 4#...hate to think of what the yield is. Garlic/ soy beef jerky at the top. Franks Red Hot sauce the lower beef was marinated in... nowhere near as hot as the sauce by itself, a hint of spice at the end.

Tea & cookies later, eveything store brand as is usual. In case anybody ever lived in area, out grocery store is Tops, not close to any big-name chain
