Most people like them, but they aren't my favorite. I'll take DQ over Whataburger most days. And DQ suffers compared to WB here… maybe a regional thing on sourcing ingredients. See above link. Texas DQ hamburgers are different. And better. |

They are getting hammered in Wichita, my brother said that the thunder removed pictures from the walls and the lightning strikes are impressive...bad for his golf game. |

Soon to pre-heated to 475, (4) cod fillets & tater-tots bake, 1-cup bulk corn nuke. Turn the cod over at 10minutes. Will make a good dinders. Tea & store brand cookies later

I will see how much chicken I can get off this old rotisserie carcass. Then add diced zucchini and red bell pepper in a pot with packaged Korean yellow curry paste which is pretty darn good. Parish Rice on the side.

Lunch was a sliced turkey breast sandwich with avocado. One bread slice, topped with lettuce. Supper will either be leftover meatloaf or leftover Korean Curry with chicken and vegies. Leaning towards to meatloaf. Owing to a late lunch, I missed the gang's trip to San Luis, CO and Mrs Rios Thai Kitchen. This is the problem with the organizer who cannot plan ahead. He contacts me an hour ahead of time to ask if interested.  |

Chicken salad again. That big bowl provides two meals. With avocado this time. I love avocados and add extras to de-bland them. Garlic salt, cracked pepper, lemon or lime juice. Today I tried a dash of grenadine and that worked well. I’ve given up the three (or two) meals a day tradition and eat several very small “meals” all day. It works better that way for me.
