 Wife went to Cardoligist this morning, somewhat good news no big finds, Neuclar test in June, she’s happy, can leave and shop, came in late so it’s Oscar Meyer Juicy Jumbos , I rather like them.

Lunch was a slice of meatloaf with TJ's Dijon Mustard and topped with lettuce leaves rather than bread. Sliced baguette with olive oil and goat cheese on the side.

A stir fry with sliced London Broil, vegetables, and tofu on brown rice.
A friend gave me several pound of ground beef from "Old Number 42", an aged cow of theirs, and ground elk taken last year. Happy to have it. Now, when I have an old beeve butchered and ground, the yellow fat is stripped and young suet added. Costs a little more but way better flavor. I expect this old cow will be strong tasting so best in Chili and such. We shall see or taste, rather.

Thinking on a Chicken Fried Steak using a section of London Broil. Pounded, of course. This is a very lean steak with no marbling at all. So, fast cooking required. Otherwise, it can be tough to chew with my remaining teeth.
