Dinner will be Thai marinated chicken skewers with a peanut curry dipping sauce. Grilled seasoned baby bok choy. Rice on the side for some of us.

My daughter is up for her baby shower so I made 5 pounds of fresh mozzarella with tomatoes and basil as well as 15 pounds of babyback ribs smoked for 6 hours over hardwood charcoal and hickory.

A late lunch at El Parasol in Pojoaque NM. Carne Guisada Burrito with beans and red chile. Sirloin and guac taco on the side. Always a treat to stop there.

Not too hot inside to bake, so to be (3) chicken fillets & hashbrowns on a cookie sheet. 1-cup bulk corn nuke. Store brand tea & choco mini-pie later with something sports on the toob!

Today was Wing Stop original hot fingers, fries and carrot sticks with celery. Chickens don't have fingers and my wife can burn boiled water, so another unhealthy heart meal.
