My son just explained this whole resistant starch thing to me last night, very cool It means planning meals ahead of time and aging the rice or pasta for a day or two or three. The question I have is if this resistant starch is fermented, what is it fermented into? If it is lactic acid that is exactly what cancer cells need to grow and reproduce. The Warburg Theory of Cancer. Need to study this more. Ill ask the boy, he retains everything he reads.
