Baked smoked sausage from Juneau’s Cajun Meats in Port Allen Louisiana. This sausage is really good. It's very lean, almost no fat at all. Perfectly spiced Cajun flavor. Beef and pork.

Meanwhile, a burrito made with my own chili con carne, cheese, avocado, and lettuce. I finally learned how to roll a burrito the correct way so the filling does not leak out the ends. "Ja!, You zee this ist an ex-ham-pel of schmartnass", as Franz Liebkin would say.

To be store brand pancakes/sausage links/cocoa for sups, to me, nothing wrong withe breakfast food in evening, cheap & filling only thing important

Half of an 8 oz Strip Steak, Portabella mushrooms and zucchini sautéed together. crinkle cut potatoes. A glass of red wine. Just could not finish the steak, so tomorrow with eggs for breakfast.

I made a mistake buying those big T-bone and porterhouse steaks. They average over 2 pounds a piece and we just can't eat that much steak anymore, even splitting them.

I looked up the size on Google and it said 7-10 pounds, so I went to the store and told them I wanted one sliced 1 5/8 inch thick. Turned out a loin is 28 pounds. $6.99/pound. I need to keep the freezer door closed.

That RAISIN toast can be very good. Since I am off processed sugar, I make peanut butter sandwiches with RAISINS. Not quite the same as a nice jam but still good,

Two English muffins toasted & buttered, topped with store brand crunchy p.butter & strawberry jelly, Classic Coke to wash down. Another huge brunch with the ol gals earlier

Nice looking Texas sized T-Bone, Ron, nice marbling… whether gas or coals, it should be scrumptious...
I tend to buy the bigger steaks and split with the wife, the consistency seems better than cooking two thinner ones.

When I get the back porch finished I'm going to have a small grill and griddle on it.

My brother from Wichita brought this camp chef 2 burner to the family reunion, a buddy's widow gave it to him and he said he had no use for it, I cleaned it up...(Dawn Powerwash is phenomenal in cutting grime). 30,000 BTU's per burner. Seasoned the griddles and put them under the hood of the offset smoker while they cooled to keep the dust off them...after cooling in our heat, it still required oven mitts! Bought one bag for the griddles, one for the stove...the double griddle is heavier than all get out. I plan to use it when softening corn tortillas and such, I don't mind the smell but it parks upstairs and does not leave, and in cooler weather, I plan on using it a lot. All I had to invest was elbow grease and buying the carry bags.

For the price, I could not pass it up....free full Rhino tank thrown in. My other brother from Connecticut lamented that his tanks are all expired, he cannot refill them. Buy a rhino and slip the plastic sleeve over your old tank for a bottle exchange!

Started the day with two eggs, two Jimmy Dean Sausage links, one strip of bacon, left over crinkle cut Fries. It seems to me that the Jimmy Dean brand has kept up their quality standards over all these years when others have not.
