Chili dogs with onions all diced up, Whataburger mustard and Hunts catsup. There is nothing quite like a good chili Dog. Hard to decide; chili or sauerkraut.

Tomato sandwich with a cup of Java. Home grown tomatoes are so much better than store bought just need to get some green ones to fry up.

We like Nathen's hot dogs one the few dogs that do not make the wife sick but reserve sauerkraut for sausage links or brats. When I say chili dog the chili hides the hot dogs and buns, and you eat it with a fork.

Made a batch of hummus with garbanzo and fava beans. The usual tahini, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin. Lack parsley which I usually add. Rolled in a tortilla since I lack Pita bread. With sliced tomato and diced purple onion. So good!

Absolutely smother that dog and bun in chili!!!! Cheese on top!

Lunch was toast with my own humus with sliced tomato and Romaine lettuce. Good it was. I like the Foul Muddamas Fava Beans in there. That is "F-U-L" not like "fowl". Arabic. Oh, the things we learn while in the Patch!
