Drucquer & Sons Blairgowrie in a Peterson ebony spigot. Gave my yard man the day off today so he has been reading and lounging about.

I'm still smoking the Missouri Meerschaum Luminaire. It contains Cavendish, Oriental/Turkish, Perique, Virginia. I usually dry it a little but it is a nice smoke. It's made by Cornell and Diehl.

Happy Thursday. Smoking a bowl of Spilman Mixture in a Ser Jacopo Rhodesian. Bright sunny morning, but cold. First time trying this blend, and so far I like it. Easy going and pairs well with morning coffee. Hope you all have a good day. Is it Goldbrick who smokes quite a bit of that? I can't quite remember. Somebody around here does.

It's me Urb, there's a lot going on with it, but I like it. The nearest blend I can liken it to in terms of flavor is P.S. English Oriental Supreme, but Spillman's is less sweet.

Pipe Force Episode VI in a BC calabash. I’m leaning towards saying that this may be my favorite Virginia/Perique blend ever (so far), granted it also has stoved Katerini and a sliver of DFK.

I had been meaning to try this blend, and seeing Herb enjoyed it pushed me over the edge. I like it so far, reminds me of many similar American blends such as made by Peretti or the recreated Drucquers. I love a blend of burley with a touch of Va and Latakia. Thanks Goldbrick!

Any time I get thanks instead of blame, I think of it as a win ...so Thanks to you also ,Dan; if you come to think of it as something to reach for when nothing in you regular rotation works, we're in the same camp .

A pleasant night in Yuma Arizona poolside with some cigar smokers from south Carolina.
They are civilian contractors training Pilots and ground crews on setting up the jets for dropping ordnance at air station Yuma.
Smoking Haunted Bookshop in a Ron Powell bent bulldog.
