C&D Mad Fiddler Flake in a Comoy Rover bent billiard. A review would be appreciated Pete as I haven’t tried. Cheers…. Good to see you, Ted. I like it as an occasional smoke. It has Kasturi cigar(?) leaf in it, along with Virginia and Perique. I swear I get apple pastry filling in the tin note. Flavor wise, it comes across more like a vague fruity/spicy flavor. Not bad stuff.

Mad Fiddler Flake is supposed to have the same mulled wine topping as Folklore. I haven’t opened a tin of the flake yet, though. Definite apple spiced cider aroma and flavor.

Shoot! I’d completely forgotten about Saturday Night Strang again. I just packed something else. 2021 Sam Gawith Hansom Flake in a John Cotton belge. But I’m going to shave some 2014 Motzek Strang, as Saturday Night Strang MUST go on! Cheers, John & Darin! Aye, what we need Mr. Zach is a blockade runner to make a trip to replenish our stores

Urb, this is a fine looking pipe. I'm sure there is a story behind your statement on it being Ireland's favorite pipe? Heh. The 626 is the favorite of our delegate from Ireland, jonmc75. Well, our long time member and moderator from NI has his favorite as a MM Legend. Fight!! 😁

Good Sunday Morning! It's 22° here with a clear sky and bright moonlight. Nothing on The List for this afternoon, so maybe I can get some more postcard work done. Getting the smoking day going with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the BBB Freestyle smooth bent pot and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

Good Morning Again! It's 21° right now and with a clear sky here at dawn. I just finished watching another YouTube movie from the 1940s Dick Tracy series and this one featured Boris Karloff. Currently smoking a bowl of Wessex Brigade Campaign Dark Flake in the BBB Freestyle pot. Time to sip some more coffee and check the headline news.

Just lit up a bowl of Scottish Flake in the BBB Freestyle pot while sipping the rest of my coffee while watching the first 1945 Dick Tracy movie on YouTube. I'll finish this pipe and then head back to the house.

My latest “blend” has a chance to become a regular. About 80% Z92; 15% Green River Black Cavendish; 5% Latakia. (%s approximate, unweighed.) A robust, dark smoke with a touch of spice. Burns well, stays lit, and doesn’t bite. Very satisfying. Goes well with sweet tea.

Happy Sunday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Sunday cob and coffee. Doing some painting today before the kids come over for dinner. We're having stuffed cabbage and potatoes.

“ a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Sunday cob and coffee. Doing some painting today” probably a wise choice when painting.
