Apertif in Stanwell 2020 POY that you fine fellas gifted me with lots of baccy awhile back Ed-wish could re-pay you all for your kindness The nice thing about kindness, Ed, is there's nothing to repay. Knowing you're enjoying it is all the repayment needed.

Happy Saturday All! Errands are are done...At least as I can accomplish at this time... So now I am enjoying a very nice bowl of Penzance circa 2013 in the GBD Tapestry 9438 K... Don't know what the K stands for, but, at least it is a good smoking pipe! A bottle of water alongside...

Finished up the morning coffee with some Tudor Castle in an RDPipes sandblasted Bulldog Nosewarmer Been working my way through a long forgotten tin of that, I will have a bowl in a bit....One of them "I wish I had bought 50 of these when they were available" blends. Charlie, I cannot agree more about missing the cellering of old favorites... Now it's no longer a fleeting thought... I should have enough until the end of 2025 if I ration myself. By then how know what could happen...

Good Saturday Morning! It's 31° here with a cloudy sky and the sleet has just stopped. Everything is wet from overnight rain and will get icy. This afternoon I have to make a supermarket run to get blah blah and ice cream. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Savinelli Venere 128 rusticated billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a great weekend everybody! Russ, no ice skating. You know what the doctor said. You don't bounce as you once did!

Smoked a mixture of some 2021 Sutliff Maple Street with Sutliff red VA ribbon, in a Great Dane Egg cob. Smoked more of that in the same cob this morning.
Pulled out a couple pipes from a rack I haven’t smoked in a while since moving.
Currently smoking some 2020 C&D Opening Night flake in a tiny 1970’s straight Dr. Grabow apple with thick and gnarled rustication gashes around the bowl, partially smooth. A Dr. Grabow Crown Duke. Blue spade.

Shoot! I’d completely forgotten about Saturday Night Strang again. I just packed something else. 2021 Sam Gawith Hansom Flake in a John Cotton belge. But I’m going to shave some 2014 Motzek Strang, as Saturday Night Strang MUST go on! Cheers, John & Darin!
