I’m smoking another experimental blend to check it out. The Virginia flakes I pressed blended with 8% Kentucky Burley Red Tips, in an antique French meerschaum.

Amphora Virginia in a Golden Arrow (Comoy's) bent apple: I don’t know, kinda says prince stack to me, just needs a little more curve. What do you think of the Amphora Virginia? A couple of people have been telling me it’s really worth trying.

A couple of people have been telling me it’s really worth trying. Naw, man. It's a bent apple. The apple part is bent into more of a canister shape. I think AV is kind of an outrageous bargain, personally. It can be just a tiny bit bitey if you're prone to that. I'm not and it still gives me a bit of prickle on the tongue now and then. But it's in my regular rotation, so obviously it's not much of a problem for me. I only bought one pouch when I bought it. I'll be ordering more.

Erinmore Flake in a Choquin bent billiard. Say what you will, I find this a most agreeable tobacco.
Ordered my first mixture from The Seattle Pipe Club. "Plum Pudding" or some such. I am optimistic based upon the blend description.
