Has anyone been paying attention to SpaceX lately. They launched 3 or 4 missions this week. Their biggest issue right now is getting launch permits and pad time. They regularly move Astronauts to and from the ISS and Starlink is getting rave reviews in my town. I remember being herded into the school cafeteria to watch Alan Shepherd go up and down. Color me impressed.

Elon Musk knows how to get things done, I know a few people that are on Starlink… Cox cable, I expect to bid adieu soon.

I have looked into Starlink and it would beat the socks off of AT and mfing T.

“ Reusability allows SpaceX to refly the most expensive parts of the rocket, which in turn drives down the cost of space access.”
I am signing up, I have been a space cadet for 30-40 years.

His boring company looks good, but he doesn't have time to push it. His hyperloop should be class leading transport, but nobody is building that kind of stuff these days.

I admire all he has accomplished. His cars and the charging network are impressive.

I admire all he has accomplished. His cars and the charging network are impressive. Although I don't have any interest in the current electric cars, that's not really what Tesla is about. For every Tesla he sells, he makes a carbon credit that he can sell to Ford and General Motors for $40k. That's why the new pickup trucks are so expensive. It's like bit mining the government programs for money. It's just taking advantage of a government program. His first money came from selling PayPal and another financial company he created. He is a lot smarter than the average bear. When he's worried about Artificial Intelligence, he worries me. And SpaceX put another 4 Astronauts onto the ISS yesterday.

Their WI-FI may be the fastest and the best, but 120$ a month I cannot afford!

Their WI-FI may be the fastest and the best, but 120$ a month I cannot afford! A few families here share a hookup. Rave reviews in the county. We get good enough on 5G from T-Mobile for $40.

Verizon no 5g, AT and mfing T only slow net worst part is we are 35 miles north of downtown Houston as the crow flies. In fact if I drive one mile south I can see downtown. TV is from a direct tv dish because we can not get hard cable. All I can say is what the H double hockey sticks. The wires for service out here are so old they are made out of bronze Until I get unfrugal and break down and spend the 700 for equipment no Space X for me.

There aren't any wires out here besides old phone lines. Downtown Linden has fiber, but that's it.

So you are bragging that Linden is better than Magnolia Well, I don't think so. Downtown Magnolia is bigger than Linden and probably has fiber too. Outside of downtown, we have DSL or Hughesnet, or 5G.

Well we are four miles south of downtown but basically the whole town is just School zones and a few big churches. All the stores are on one of two HWYs that intersect though town.

We’ve seen 3 Vandenberg Falcon9 launches in just over 3 weeks! We drove out a few miles south of Green Valley tonight to get a better view and tonight was crystal clear from the horizon where the Falcon9 appeared just before MECO. While the second stage flew away with impressive sunset plumage while I watched the booster fly though it’s apex and the entry burn before it disappeared behind the horizon.

I need to pay attention to these launches, I doubt the view from where I live is very good though.
When I was up on the continental divide in Colorado last summer occurred at my uncles house the view is incredible, he pointed up to the sky to show us the string of satellites going overhead from SpaceX. It was pretty cool.

The second stage on the southern trajectory can be seen from back yards all over Phx and Tus but you need a clear night and unobstructed view of the western horizon to see the first stage.
I was handed dozens of cigars at PCA a couple of weeks ago but the highlight of the trip was $5 round trip on Elon’s Tesla Vegas Loup.

This is the SpaceX Heavy around the end of the last year. I admire the dedication and effort that went into putting this picture together. To plan where in the sky the moon would be at launch time and where to set up to get the shot.

SpaceX had a successful launch and recovery of the rocket that's built to go to Mars on the forth try in 2 years, while Boeing barely got it's capsule to the Space Station after 4 years. SpaceX is running a regular bus service to the ISS.

The ISS is in need of a new space station toilet not even making this up. Watched a video where Elon discusses the implications of getting to Mars, I would like to see a base on the moon man has yet to go there.

Boeing -- where I used to work -- went in the toilet when it stopped being an engineering company and became just a machine for producing quarterly profits.
Musk just invested several billion dollars here in Memphis. Apparently he's going to build an AI supercomputer here.

As a child I was fascinated with the space race. Mercury, Gemini, Apollo and when it got to the Shuttle I lost interest. I watched in awe like most kids, but after the moon landing what was the point. Ok we need satellites to communicate. And to spy on everyone on the planet. So what are they still doing in the space station?

So what are they still doing in the space station? Making science is the main thing. The few experiments I hear about sound plausible to me. Apparently it's a heavy workload. They also are creating quite a stink. 25 years of recycling air and water and 270 astronauts living on top of each other, hot bunking and not having showers. The latest launch crew is there to change the urine processing unit to change urine back into drinking water. That tastes like piss. It's been broken for a long time. It's not a glorious job, but they seem to love it. It's not so much about furthering space travel exactly, but they are learning a lot as they go along. It's a far cry from Deep Space 9 for sure.

The more we study the Van Allen radiation belt it is becoming evident that the moon landing never actually happened and the Apollo mission is just an American folktale? The answer is starting to look like a resounding YES. As a Navy brat growing up I saw the cast iron capsules that stuffed astronauts in up close. Later as a adult I watched the shuttles land flaming after reentering the atmosphere and they never got even close to Van Allen radiation belt. If you go to the crater in Railroad valley Nv you can see the so called moon surface and match up your own pictures to the ones NASA shows you wanting you to believe just as the old Soviet Union did in the cold war of the 60s. "NASA scientists and engineers recently returned to the NNSS Site and its world-class craters to train and prepare a new generation of astronaut candidates."

Amazing that Elon is such a technological genius, and some try to tear him down… up to the point of suggesting that by executive order he is kicked out of the USA. Little penis people infected with penis envy.
