I’m a clincher. I use them to protect the stem. I personally don’t get a taste from them. I don’t have the time at the moment. But dig deep in the patch. May have been 20 17, 2018 there was a few people that discussed using that plastic heat shrink tubing. That you put on electronics At least I think that’s what it was. But you buy it at the hardware store. You long timers here. This made click in your memory, And remember what I’m talking about. I’ve never tried it I’ve just bought the softy bits An ally! Hallelu!
I wasn't at the Patch back then, but I have heard of people using shrink tubing. Never tried it myself.

In the thread, Instymp said he heard of others using it, didn't suggest shrinking it. Saw that name and wondered...wonder what happened with Mike, just dropped off... Not quite sure how to read that. If "Mike" is the same person as "instymp", he still posts. Not frequently, but he does.
If "Mike" is a different user instymp reminded you of, disregard.  |
