Aside from pipes and tobacco, do you fellas stock up on pipe cleaners as well as lighters? Tamps and reamers can be improvised when the tobaccolypse arises.
I've been derelict in my pipe duties...time to get more.

When I set up my new cellar last year and consolidated all of my tobaccos and set up new storage for my pipes, I kept finding packs of pipe cleaners all over. I figured I must have been buying them, then misplacing them and buying more for years. I ended up with a full size paper grocery bag full when I was done.

I have enough to last me a while, but not that many.
Lighters, I've got all I'll ever need. That, of course, doesn't mean I won't buy another if one really catches my fancy.

Probably about 75 bundles of the straight Long's pipe cleaners for daily use and a few bundles each of tapered and bristle pipe cleaners for deep cleaning and restorations. I'll be ordering 25 bundles of the straights, and a few bundles of bristles, next tobacco order.

I mean, I know you smoke more bowls than I do, so that's part of it, but still. I've got, like, 6 or 8 bundles and those'll last me a long time.

I buy four each of the regular, bristle, and extra fluffy when I start getting low and three boxes of the strike anywhere kitchen matches when I need those, too.

I’ve discovered a way to cut the long cleaners in half and use therm on everything. I clean my Pete’s after every bowl.

I had a similar experience when I needed to sell my prior house. I had pipe cleaner bags stashed all over the place that I had forgotten about. Oddly, I still feel like I need to add a couple bags each time I buy tobacco.

My 3 Zippo pipe lighters all new a trip back to the factory for new wheels, and I always need flints, but from what I see here, we both need to grab up some pipe-cleaners while the supply chain holds up!

I’ve sent my Zippos back, too. But I’ve discovered that cleaning the wheels with Everclear works really well to keep them sparking.

Gentle puffs and sipping are needed with the Kingsford mixture; a fine briquette OTC blend which is oft underrated. 🙃

I restock my pipe cleaner box about once a year. My last order was 50 packs of regular, 25 packs of bristle, and 12 packs of fluffy; all BJ Long.
