Good Morning! It's 37°, cloudy, damp, and a rain shower is on the way later on. This afternoon I have to make a supermarket run for some basic stuff. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Don Carlos smooth bent Two Note and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

Just lit up a bowl of Limerick Flake in the Don Carlos while sipping my coffee. There's enough left in the day jar for another couple of smokes. I'm watching a 1946 movie, "Whistle Stop", with George Raft and Ava Gardner.

Making up for missing my morning pipe today. Eight State Burley (2022) in a Savinelli billiard. Posing here with a beach found Buddha and some sea glass. Rain’s gone already and the sun is making its final encore. I’ll get around to dinner sooner or later. Dan, interesting grain pattern you are showing. Was it made that way or did you enhance it? Inquiring minds... Hi John, it is a Savinelli Riccio (sea urchin) and it came with that rustication. It had a natural bright finish when I bought it new, but is darkening as I smoke it. A favorite I reach for often, thanks for asking!

Good morning all. I’m having a bowl of 8 state burley in an “Old England (Sasieni)” rusticated billiard. I just popped this tin last evening and forgot how much I like it. If it goes into production again I need to grab a few more tins.
It’s sunny here again, but cold with a brisk wind whipping up whitecaps on an incoming tide. I hope you all have a good day.

Good Morning Again! It's 36°, very damp, cloudy, and there's supposed to be some rain on the way but nothing so far. I'm still working on that bowl of Limerick Flake in the Don Carlos and next up will be Bayou Morning Flake. Time to sip some more coffee and check the headline news.

Happy Friday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob and coffee. It's Opening Day here, and I'm watching the festivities on the tube. It's 41 here with sun and clouds, and the occasional snow flurry or sprinkle.
