Couple days ago wife went get the mail, showed me the package, I thought it was meds, didn’t open till the next day, WOW, Plainsman sent me a plaque that his Aunt had in her house in Shreveport, she was in her eighties, she gave it to him, he figured I would enjoy it, and boy howdy was he right. It’s on the cabinet to the left where I make my coffee every early morning, wife loves it so much I told her put it where you think, she says you can see it every morning. Bob you’ve made us happy.

That plaque (“Louisiana Swamp Trapper”) has been in my life forever. Loved it since I was a tot. When I go it would have probably wound up in the trash. So glad it now belongs to a house that values it. It’s Brad that has made ME happy.

Ron, not sure what to call it, but the trapper and his dog are on a separate piece of wood. Sort of a 3D effect. So not really a “painting.” It’s about 100 years old and still looks like new.

Yeah...I had a nice painting, sent it off to Brad...next thing I know, he is on antiques Roadshow in La. Seems I gave him a 3 million dollar Renoir. He sent me a can of Cafe Du Monde...told me that we are settled up.
