Next Morley's will be the 3rd Thursday: next week 19May. All the usual times, venues, etc. Several of us went to the Chicago Show and will be bringing the booty of vintage and new tobaccos, Kirstens, Leopolds and other goodies.

The third week of the month is coming up on us pretty fast, and next week's Morley's is going to be the 3rd Wednesday 15June, rather than the Thursday. We may get to harass member Dan Z. Johnson if he comes, for the cameo article on the Standard Tobacco/PA saga in this month's Pipes & Tobacco magazine.
In any event, lots of dire stuff to discuss: the FDA "deeming" and impacts on our way of life and the PA Guv's wanting to hike the tobacco tax to 40%.

Next Morley's is back to the third Thursday, next week the 21st. We have more than the usual stuff that could be discussed: the 40% PA tax hike proposal, the FDA Deeming, and upcoming picnics at Lehigh Valley and New York.
