Worth looking into but not a fan of Sutliff.

Interesting that the blending line includes a Rustica mix and an aromatic, but no Latakia. I would think straight Latakia would be much more in demand for home blending than either of those other two.

These aren’t straight blending tobaccos, but basic blends in themselves that are supposed to bring the particular aspect to another blend without clashing or being out of balance. Straight Latakia is already sold by C&D and Sutliff.

Per seems really infatuated with Dark Fired, maybe at the expense of Latakia?

Then it would still seem odd that they don't include a basic Latakia blend. Per seems really infatuated with Dark Fired, maybe at the expense of Latakia? The right choice. Other than this new Turkish Latakia, Cyprian Latakia has constantly gone down in quality for over 15 years. American made dark fired burley, or Italian dark fired are better quality control.
