I'm sitting here smoking one of my Pony Expresses with some Galwith Dark Plug in it. It was given to me with a bunch of other Tobaccos, the down side it is dried out. The nic hit is mild it has a nice mild flavor. Thus far I have been enjoying it. The Down side of this it makes me want to try other plugs. This is hard for me to ask. Is there anyone who might have small bits of plugs I could try?

John, I think I can put a nice little package together for you as I have a fair stash in the cellar.

Thank you John that would be appreciated. Do you still have my add from the box pass?

Finished off some Salty Dogs today. 6 months ago I thought a plug was a backside drug thing. Plugs are really enjoyable from the prep to the nic kick. I am getting a lot of happiness from them.

Look what I found in my mail box this morning. Looks like there is some slow smoking ahead. Last week I asked if anyone had small bits so I could try some plugs. I received these bits from John (papipe). Now to find a couple of small pipes to try them.

A word of caution about plugs. Don't let them dry out. It'll be like carving stone with chips flying all over the place.

The G & H Dark Plug that I mentioned in the beginning was dry as a bone. For the past week there has been a small container with Plug inside of a larger container with a water soaked paper towel in between covered. The plug has slowly gained moisture.

And if you accidentally dry one out chuck it in a coffee grinder and grind to your liking Do not waste good tobacco

And if you accidentally dry one out chuck it in a coffee grinder and grind to your liking Do not waste good tobacco I threw a lot away when I was a youngster and thought it was unsalvageable. Now I re-humidify carefully and jar it up. I have come up with some decent blends as a result too.
