Well it is about time I posted my pipe pictures so here they are!
The right pipe is my first pipe bought in 1983-Brebbia Gala 986..The left pipe is the Chicago slow smoke pipe which is my newest pipe
These are club pipes from the old "Stokers Haven" pipe club. The front is a Bosi apple,the meer is a pipe that was a real fiasco because the carver considered the club's order too small and carved them when he "had the time" so it was nearly a year before we saw them. The two on the stand are made by Sasieni and the left is a panal and the right is a bent Rhodi.
A stanwell on the left and a Jensen on the right,the last pipes I bought in 2004 right before my hiatus that lasted until 2015
Two Stanwells on top,the second Stanwell is a HCA but the church warden stem broke,the third is a Karl Erik and the bottom is a Bosi Church Warden pipe I commissioned in 2002
Meers now. The Right one I found at a yard sale marked $250 but paid $50.An older woman was selling her late husbands pipes and this was the last one she had.She priced it at $250 "so the dope smokers couldn't afford it" but since she saw that I smoking a pipe she knew it would have a good home.The others are some of my early meer purchases.
These meers are ones that my tobacconist sold to me at deep discounts due to minor damage here or there.
