Good Morning and Welcome to October! It's 64° here with a cloudy sky and sunshine should begin returning tomorrow after all of rainy weather that we've been having. Nothing much planned for this afternoon. My first pipe of the day is a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Savinelli Venere 128 rusticated billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee on the workshop tobacco table. Morning Fog mix in a large Dublin marked Sabatini Extra, a pipe that's become a wallflower because it's too heavy to clench; I have a full bent one that works just fine, but this ole boy is too bulky up front...coffee is on the way.

Happy October! Started the month with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Tuesday cob and coffee on the front porch. It's 64 and cloudy, with rain expected this afternoon. Making a batch of sourdough for bread today. Don't think I'll be doing too much outdoor work today, but I will be doing a garden patrol shortly.

Good Morning Again! It's the same weather as over Pete's way...64° and cloudy out here on the deck. My wife's oxygen concentrator is having a problem with flow pressure, so a technician is coming this afternoon to troubleshoot the cause. Currently smoking a bowl of aged Dunhill Flake in the Stanwell Silver Mount blasted billiard and my mugga leftover coffee is on the side. Time for more reading.

Good Afternoon! It's 68° and still cloudy out here on the deck, but the sky should begin to clear somewhat between now and the over night. I'm smoking a bowl of Bayou Morning Flake in the MM Washington 5th Avenue cob while listening to streaming classical music on WQXR in NYC. A glass of cold water is on the side and I think that I'll read my book for a while.
