Shock.....Amazement, I know.
But, I thought I would have some fun with this little "The Making Of" and see what you guys want to see made. Give me some suggestions. I'll start the pipe later in the week and post pics as I go.

This is very cool. I'm good with anything but another one of Justin's Bings. Those pipes make me green with envy.

a very nice looking desk top pipe as I never see them anymore and hard to find, least nice ones.

a very nice looking desk top pipe as I never see them anymore and hard to find, least nice ones. This could be interesting! My B&M sells the hookah parts I would need for the hose. I'm guessing that just drilling holes in a block of briar wouldn't do for the bowl though, huh?

I was thinking like a churchwarden bulldog with a cumberland stem and a skull carved on the front with a coffin shaped carrying case... Actually I would love to see you make a desktop. Seems like one could do more than carve a hole into a square piece of briar (but without going all the way with a miniature steampunk time machine.) There are plenty of shapes that could sit with the kind of stability needed for one of those. Even a fixed base that could semi-permanently stay on the desk that the pipe bowl could slide into?? So many ideas seem to come when one doesn't have to execute it!

A long shank Lovat/apple/lumberman,,,hell, anything with a mile of briar between the bowl and tongue.

How about a Dual bowl, twisted shank and Cumberland military bit cutty with Turquoise inlaid bowl and sterling silver wind-cap encrusted with rubies........filtered pipe? Naw! I kinda like the idea of the table pipe better.

I have what I think is a workable idea. Now to sketch it out and see what I think. Stay tuned....this may get bumpy!
