That price is the same as their regular price. I tried logging on as well, to see if the price went down, but no discount in the cart. Is there a code I'm missing?

This is the email from Russ Oulette:
Maybe the discount is automatically shown at checkout?
Edit: just checked... it is actually only $2.16 per oz if you order 24 oz... discounts are applied at checkout.

Not the best thought out save big and lay in a supply sale they've ever offered then. The sale price is MORE than the regular price if you buy a pound or more; you only save per ounce if you buy 15 or fewer ounces. 16-23 ounces is normally $2.21/oz.
$2.16 is the regular price for 24oz. I know, I just received 6oz of Twist, and paid the same price on the site; plus the price didn't go down to $2.25 in my cart.

Sorry, I haven't followed the regular pricing. In the past, you could take it to the bank that prices were reduced.... this is pretty lame.
If you are serious about ordering, I would give them a "what the hell?" Call and ask them if deceit is the new way forward... they should be called on it.

P&C has a good enough reputation with me I would suspect this is more miscommunication than deceit, or the $2.25 is a typo. In either case, I've spent my tobacco budget for this month!
