Just smoked a bowl of HU Director's Cut in an Old Dominion Virginia Planter. Hunted the sand bars on a local creek for petrified wood while enjoying the pipe. Great afternoon with my daughter. We both found a few good chunks. She will make jewelry with some of it.

I thought I sensed a disturbance in the Force. Twas the pipe of Matt Dillon sending out smoke signals and ripples in space time.

I've been burning Mac Baren's Mixture in the Orlik apple for the last several hours. I keep forgetting how good this is, which isn't my fault: it's inexpensive, ready and easy to smoke and it's always in stock...I mean really! Mac Baren has to get their act together.

Not to make anybody jealous, but, just finished a bowl of decade-old SG Full Virginia Flake in the Falcon. Nothing ages better than Sam Gawith's Virginias said the fellow who gave me this tin: I can't disagree, and he sure knows who to present an argument!

The Blood Red Moon kick continues. Tonight I smoked it in a Savinelli Autograph. I went through a big Blood Red Moon phase about two years ago. Went through about ten tins of it. Tasty tobacco. It seems to get scarce on occasion.

Decided on FVF last night and pre-packed a Savinelli pot for the morning commute. This should last the day at work, but the Community coffee, neat will not.
