For everyone who participated in the free tobacco thread, I just returned from the post office. All the packages were sent first class.
Additionally, none of the postage I saw was over $3.85. Since none of them made it up to $4.00 and I don't want to be getting a bunch of change in the mail, I have decided to put out an executive order (it seems to be the in thing). It states that a general amnesty has been declared and so no one owes me anything. I don't send out anything but envelope size stuff usually so I assumed the price would be in the area of what I pay for shipping when I order something. My mistake and I do apologize for it.
In closing, in a few days, please begin to start taking safety measures when opening your mailboxes. Some of you have some pretty potent smelling packages heading your way.
