Just in from the Health Desk. It has been found if a pipe smoker carries hiz/her tobacco in their front pocket they my suffer from excessive inhalation of nictoids though the mouth and nose. This is due to the elevated temperature of the container that has been placed in the groin area. It has also been found that there has been an increased desire to partake of the nictoids regardless of the multiple affects.
It has been determined to avoid these events said containers must be carried in the right sock strapped the exterior side above the ankle or the container must be strapped to the exterior side of the left triceps in a secure manner.
It has been determined that if a device for partakng must be carried. It must be be carried in the specified locations. It must be secured to the axilla using the minimum of two straps on the right side. This device can also carried by securing it to the inner left hamstring by using a minimum two straps.

It has also been determined if the devise is greater than six inches it must be reduced into two or more pieces and transported in multiple locations. Then if the device is less than four and eight tenths of an inch it may be transported as a single unit.
All tolls that may be used must be transported using a container that must be decreatly secure in a rear pocket.
