 Today bought a 2008 Smart Fortwo. Low milage, 33k and runs great. I now have wheels and don't have to rely on others.

The whole family loves the Smart ForTwo. I took the 6' 5" stepson for a ride. It doesn't ride like the Chrysler 300C, but the Chrysler doesn't get close to 40 mpg. Will be great for errands and appointments.

 I doctored up some canned chili for supper. a pound of hamburger browned,Two cans of chili, a can of petite diced tomatoes, a can of pinto beans and a bit of chili powder and ground cumin. Flavorful but not hot. A 1/4 ts of ground red pepper would have made it hot. Didn't eat a lot but feel stuffed.
I'm now drinking a lot of iced tea!

The wife let Teeger the outside cat in. It's raining out so she was wet. She jumped up on my chair and demanded attention. She slipped and to save herself she snagged my man boob. She was eating Fred's food last I saw. I just put her back outside, cause she ask to go out.

This week I got a car I needed, then while transferring the down Payment from sayings I found we had paid the cell phone carrier and ungodly amount. Had I known I may not have gotten the car. That seriously threatens me being able to attend the Chicago pipe show, and other purchases I'd or we wanted to do. One step forward and two back.

When is a sale not a sale? When the price ask is the same as before the sale. Know the prices of the sale items before you jump for a "Sale".  The have a banner which says "Up to 40% off select pipes", and some are prices exactly the same as before the sale. Doesn't that hint at deception?

I had been looking at the Peterson 2017 Christmas pipes. They were $112 before the sale and with the sale they are $112. Being a Peterson nut, I'm pretty familiar with Smoking Pipes prices for them, and other e-retailers as well. I'm fairly sure by putting them and other pipes "On Sale" for the same price as before the sale, (and after probably) some will fall for the ruse, weather intended by Smoking Pipes or not, it still hints at deception. I'm guessing some are 0%.

 A couple months ago Son spoke with the Cell Phone provider. This person said he could save us a lot on out bill, like reduce it by about $200. Instead out next bill increased by that amount. In this month we doled out $1367 for cell phones and tablets. The people at the phone company claimed this was an individual's fault. It made me wonder if the phone company had people to claim they could improve the bill, and that they were "New" at the job, so they could gain a few hundred by deception.  We are now looking other carrier to get a "Normal" bill.
