Thanks, Ted. Like AJ...all days are pretty much bad, just some days are worse than others. Can't complain, I have all my limbs and don't have the problems many others have. So, I just shut my mouth and grin and bear it and thank the Lord for all His blessings.

The time release fentanyl patch is helping, I’m not going down the road of doubling my OxyContin Meds, don’t care for the adverse side effects!! Hope your in much less pain today👍

So far my pain is much less, more controllable, I’m not walking around thinking “ am I still in Disneyland “...lol. One of my doctors wanted to double my OxyContin and keep me walking around like a space cadet, not happening!! You have nothing to lose, next time you see your doctor discuss your options with Fentanyl. Good luck, hope all goes well with you.

 Today was rather hot. 90 degrees and 90 % humidity.  My new Ashton Pebble Grain XXX bent billiard came in the mail this morning. I've had a couple bowls of C&D Crooner in it. It smokes well for a new pipe. Smoking Pipes had a good sale on Ashton pipes.It was already on sale, then SP.Com put an additional 20% off. This made it $150. A range I could afford, or was able to pay.
Fred the Red is still very amusing, doing silly stuff daily. I dropped the key to the wind-up wall clock. While I was trying to find it Fred did his best to be in the way, thinking I was playing with him. I was a little annoyed, and he had fun.Today was grocery day. I got most everything we need, but the discount grocery store didn't have everything. Monday will get the rest. Today was hot and humid, which made loading into the car, and once home, bringing it inside a choir.

Well, I've read all 18 pages of Grumpy's Obsession. Had a lot of good laughs, enjoyed the pics of cat and dog, and really good pics of your pipes. Thanks for letting me into your "world". We (wife and myself) have a sweet lil dog named MissElli. She was a rescue from the shelter and she has epilepsy. But a sweeter and more beautiful lil white Chihuahua doesn't exist (in our world). She is a delight in every way. Goes to Walmart with us in her stroller..never barks and always puts a smile on everyone's face when they see her. She is our delight. Welcome! Glad you enjoyed Pets bring a lot into our lives. |
