Many people from Bayshore, Long Island enjoyed “ cats “ and they didn’t even know it!!! A number of years ago in Bayshore local cats were disappearing from the streets and unbeknownst to the patrons of a local Chinese restaurant they were serving up “ cats “ in a few of there “ House Special Dinners “! Once the Board of Health checked what types and quality of meats that were being served after testing, the Chinese restaurant was permanently closed. No legal action was taken against the owner, which caused a chain reaction to the people of Bayshore who stopped dining out for quite some time!

Yeah, I completely relate to that, though I call it OCD, lol. Some of those HAD to be done on purpose by a sadist. #18 is a shooting offense, though

Smoking Pipes has a sale on Ashton pipes, 20% off ending today. I finally convinced my get one, which was already on sale and with an additional 20% off lowered it's price from $250 to $150. Due to the sale ending today I had it held until the 1st of August, when I get paid.

Here in Berne, IN. we're having the annual Swiss Days. (https://swissdaysberne.com/) Main street is blocked off and filled with vendors. There are many events over the weekend, of which I'll compete in the beard contest.

I’ve had a full beard for most of my life. I still do a clean shave on my cheeks to keep it rounded off and my neck under my beard. Mine grows faster then hair on a Gorillas back.....lol

Well, I've read all 18 pages of Grumpy's Obsession. Had a lot of good laughs, enjoyed the pics of cat and dog, and really good pics of your pipes. Thanks for letting me into your "world".
We (wife and myself) have a sweet lil dog named MissElli. She was a rescue from the shelter and she has epilepsy. But a sweeter and more beautiful lil white Chihuahua doesn't exist (in our world). She is a delight in every way. Goes to Walmart with us in her stroller..never barks and always puts a smile on everyone's face when they see her. She is our delight.
