Just finished burning a bowl of The Mixture #79 in a Notow Lovat, with brown Cumberland stem, light rustication and brown in color. One of my smaller pipes.

Relaxing after mowing the front & back yard with another bowl of Viprati in the MM CG. I'm finishing off a lemon lime Gatorade from the earlier task, not a bad combo.

Still puffing away on Old Belt, but the next few bowls are going to be in a Calich bent Dublin, large size. Doing a little something at the workbench and I don't want the pipe finished in the middle of something.

Smoking some Mcclelland townsman black (brandy) in a Savinelli brown alligator. It's pretty tasty!

I've got the Dunhill apple loaded with Olsen's Old Belt again today, but I am almost out; a half-pouch of Amphora Virginia is next at bat.

well, the past few days I've been sitting out in a spot of shade after taking hubby to work to get a couple bowls smoked. Tuesday morning I smoked some C&D Purple Cow that donhava sent me in trade. I didn't really like it that day. It was strong, the cigar leaf seemed very prominent. But I really wanted to like it (yeah, just because it has "purple" in the name -- and a cute cow smoking a pipe on the can, lol, sue me) So, this morning I tried it again and this time it wasn't as in my face. I think it is growing on me and will try it again in a couple days. Next bowl this morning was some London Dock generously gifted to me by danno44. The tin note is FANTASTIC! So many scents mixed together to form a harmonious bouquet. Started smoking it and it seemed to have a very milky-nutty flavor. I haven't quite figured out what that was, it disappeared by the middle of the bowl. This is one I'll be revisiting very soon! I smoked Purple Cow in a MM Mark Twain and London Dock in a MM apple Diplomat, sipping water.

Done with work early so I got me a quick bowl of LL 125th Anniversary in my reconditioned DG. Have to go have dinner with my MIL so I'm going to fortify myself with a bowl of John Bull before I leave.
