Half way through this bowl of Stonehaven in a straight sandblasted pre-transition Barling Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F. black billiard with a silver band and a black ebonite military bit. Watching the Braves-Phillies game. After a hard day of relaxing, Suzy and Molly are chasing each other around the house. Molly got mad because Suzy was laying on "da Moll's" favorite linen bag that she likes to hide in, so she started the fight. It'll end up with them taking a nap together.

Well, if Jim is having another bowl then so shall I! Le Petit Robin in the Orchid, a beautifully made pipe from Robert Perkins. This pipe is dedicated to the blend.

I'm a bit confused with the Rimboche listings in tobaccoreviews. Two of them seem to have the same description but one is suffixed S.J. and the other A.B., iirc. What is the difference between the two Virginia and St. James Parish perique blends? S.J. Rimboche is made with Saint James perique, and it is processed differently than the kind used in A.B. (which stands for Acadian Burley) Rimboche. S.J. is a little spicier and a little more raisiny than the A.B. which is a little more plum-like. Thanks, Jim. The old S.J. vs. Acadian dilemma then. I suppose I should start with the one with real perique (S.J.).

Now smoking Original Stonehenge in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer with a tortoise shell stem. Jim, how similar (or different) do you find the new version? They have the same recipe. The differences I noticed are what you'd expect between fresh and aged. I didn't smoke the original at the time it was manufactured, so I could only compare new to old. Check the Tobacco Review section here for my review. Half way through this bowl of D&R Don Giovanni Sigaretta in a medium bend smooth paneled 2017 Turkish Meerschaum with a gold and black swirl acrylic stem. Ice tea and bergs is my drink. Watching the remake of Stagecoach starring Ann Margret and Bing Crosby.

I was going to post hours earlier, but got busy and distracted. I now have some GH&Co. Ennerdale Flake in a Blakemar Briar rusticated Pot. It always seems to take two or three tamping and lighting to get flake going. Once lit it smokes cool and for a long time.
Earlier I had some C&D Crooner and Low Country Natural Virginia and Burley.
