Jim, after reading many of your reviews and never quite understanding the nuances of flavors you describe in various blends,I am starting to get it! I am starting to notice the nuttiness of some blends, the dark fruitiness of other blends and how some blends have an earthiness to them. I have yet to find or notice the other things you use to describe tobacco blends with,but I am sure those will come over time.
Thanks Jim for helping me understand and appreciate what make each blend different!

Well, Jim has been known to bounce from, nutiness, fruityness, and he is somewhat earthy at times....so there must be something to the old adage, "you are what you smoke"...

I have to agree...Jim's reviews allow me to heighten my insensetive palate to be able to pick up the nuances of the blends. For the sake of full disclosure, in the minds of most you think of a palate as being olfactory....this is my pallet.  |
