A good quality Paneled pipe provides me with an euphoric rush and this Savinelli Punto Oro 515KS is a superb example of a fantastic paneled billiard. AJ

Edit:I just went back and realized that some of my old Photobucket pics are toast.
Since there was a threadsurrection, I figured I would make a correction to an earlier post of mine. On my bearded Meerschaum posted earlier that I listed as a Turkish Man, I was corrected by a collector. It is a Zouave infantryman from around the 1850's...If you scroll down to "The Second Empire, the manner of head-dress matches. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zouave He said that everything about the pipe screams to him that it came from Ludwig Hartmann in Vienna, but without the case, he cannot say unequivocally.

I don’t care where it came from, who made it nor what it’s supposed to represent that is one superb badass Meerschaum, actually one of the finest figural faces I’ve ever seen! banjo Edit:I just went back and realized that some of my old Photobucket pics are toast.

Here's the first link's image from Dramatwist's post. Do I have a badass pipe? Oh, no, I don't think so. But I will go look.

LOL, Brad. I've heard of people smoking bananas in the 1970's. Started in the sixties. (cf. "Mellow Yellow" by Donovan, Summer 1966.)

Thanks for the kind words, I wish I had the creativity and skill to make such Pipes, it is fun to be a custodian of them.... especially since they are as pleasing to smoke as to look at.

Man, I scraped the insides from about 4 bananas, and baked into a dark heavy paste. Took forever. Worst smoke of my life, and a sham of criminal proportions.
