Loving them man!
Just tried the Toast, it seems more barnyardy (is that a word?) to me than the others. It's very close to becoming my favorite snuff. I'm sure after a few more nose fulls it will move up to #1 and then I'm going to be sad when I go through the whole bag in a week.

I really don't understand "snuff". I know you snort it up your nose and then what happens? Do you sneeze, taste anything get a nic high or what? Just curious as like I said know nothing about snuff. Gary

Got my Darin mail! Tried Barnyard coolness. Excellent. Love it. Had to leave for my parent's, so I didn't get into the other two yet. Put my nose in the Brute bag, came away with a sneeze! Can't wait to feel the full effect of that one.

Gary I'm pretty new to the stuff, but here are my answers: 1. Sometimes you sneeze. After a while, you get used to it, and you don't. Except, some fine white snuffs still get me. Some will make you go "WOOOOO!!!" 2. They all have different aromas, and they linger in the nose. Some are "flavored", others are straight tobacco, others are processed with stuff like ammonia and slaked lime to tone them down. Sounds counterintuitive, but it works! 3. Some can give you a nice nic hit. Others are more enjoyable for their scent. Really, it's just good fun, and another way to enjoy our favorite leaf. Watch out for FUBAR BOHICA, that one's chocolate and cayenne. It's a doozy!

Besides the other reasons listed, a big part of it for me is the ability to use it at work where no smoking is allowed or, for that matter, no time for it.
I'm enjoying some Toque W&H this morning with my pipe and coffee.

I'm enjoying some Toque W&H this morning with my pipe and coffee. Work is where I enjoy Darin's snuffs most. I often put a hefty pinch under my tongue which becomes a mouthful of flavor that lasts a long time, and the blast of nicotine is just the boost I need to fuel motivation and uplift spirit.

Lowenprise, Super Kailash, and Barnyard Brute. Love the Brute. Super pungent.
Introduced my buddy to snuff today with lowenprise, and then The Brute. Haha!

How'd that go? HUGE difference in those 2 lol He loved the Lowenprise, and was shocked by the Brute. Haha. He's tried several more since, so he wasn't put off.

I have seasonal allergies, and whenever I sneeze, not blowing my nose is not an option. After taking a bit of snuff and discharging the matter, I re-prime the intake chambers, and the receptors really work well...kind of like removing carbon from the plugs. I will never do that with Fubar Bohica though, the more insulation...the better.

Hey ... just because I've done nothing but smoke cigars and pipes all day doesn't mean I'm slacking. It's official taste council business ... top priority stuff!

I’ve been pinching Rosinski’s Morgentau all day today. It’s very earthy, and slightly citursy. Delightful in the warm weather! Again, sorry for such a long absence. I haven’t really been snuffing much lately.
